1. Brush your teeth gently.

2. Remove cap from the brush end. The first time you use it, you will need to turn the handle of the pen several times to extrude the gel.

3. Smile wide and apply the gel to the surface of your teeth.

4. Plug the LED mouth tray light into a power source, place it in your mouth and whiten for 20 minutes.

5. Unplug the LED mouth tray once you’re finished whitening.

6. Spit and rinse after use, and repeat the next day.
