1. Brush and floss your teeth.

2. Use the shade guide to find your current teeth shade.

3. Apply a thin line of gel to the mouth tray(s) and spread it.

4. Elite Kit: Insert the mouth trays in your mouth, turn on the LED light and place it in front of your teeth. / Xpress Smile: Attach the LED light to the mouth tray and press the white button to activate it.

5. Wear the tray(s) for 10 minutes (Xpress Smile Kit) or 20-35 minutes (Elite Kit).

6. Remove the tray(s) and rinse your mouth with water.

7. Use the shade guide to compare your results.
